Merunissa Lambat, D.M.D., M.S.

Merunissa Lambat was born in Malawi, a small country in Southern Africa and came to the United States in 1995. She always knew she wanted to help others and her love of science led her to the dental field. She obtained her Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Malawi, her Master in Molecular Biology from Morehead State University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. She received her GPR certificate from the University of Kentucky and Veterans Affairs.

After being in private practice for over 2 years, she returned to the University of Louisville for a certificate in Endodontics. She became a partner at Bluegrass Endodontics in 2009. Dr. Lambat is a member of the Bluegrass Dental Society, Kentucky Dental Association, American Dental Association, Kentucky Association of Endodontists, and the American Association of Endodontists.

She understands that many people dislike dental treatment, so she strives to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Her gentle touch and smiling face will no doubt ease your fears.
